How E-Cigarette Work | E- Cigarette Wiki :
Modern times Smoking is now a routine of daily life and Smoking is that like of things, which is once tried then it make him addict slowly. Side by side the number of smokers are increase day by day and also disease from this are increase . In this trends "E-Cigarette" is come to get a bit of relief from them.
In my this article I will discuss about the E-Cigarette internal diagram, I mean how it work?? In our another website you will get details about Smoking Causes, Effects etc - www.disesecure.com

Lets
little bit History about e-cigarette :
[ From Wikipedia ] The earliest e-cigarette can be traced to Herbert A. Gilbert, who in
1963 patented "a smokeless non-tobacco cigarette" that involved
"replacing burning tobacco and paper with heated, moist, flavored
air". This device produced flavored steam without nicotine. The patent was
granted in 1965. Gilbert's invention was ahead of its time. There were
prototypes, but it received little attention and was never commercialized
because smoking was still fashionable at that time. Gilbert said in 2013 that
today's electric cigarettes follow the basic design set forth in his original
patent.
Mostly The Electronic Cigarettes are
makes in following details :
- A Mouthpiece, or Cartridge
- A Heating Element
- A Rechargeable Battery
- Electronic Circuits
When user sucks on the mouthpiece, a
sensor is activates inside and start a heating element that vaporizes
a flavored, and it’s come in the mouthpiece. Then the user "vapes," or inhales, the smoke.
Mouthpiece, or Cartridge : The mouthpiece is a cartridge that is fixed at the
end of a tube. A small plastic cup within the mouthpiece holds an absorbent
material drenched in the liquid solution.
Heating Element : In Heating element there is use
an atomizer, that heats the liquid, causing it to vaporize and become smoke.
The solution can then be breathed in, or inhaled.
Rechargeable Battery
: The heating element get power from the battery
which is commonly rechargeable and also made in LI-ion (Lithium – ion )Battery.
Electronic Circuits
: When the user sucks on the device automatically
the Sensor actives the heater and an LED may blink when it is activated.
Detail
about E-Cigarette Desigh :-
The main components of an e-cigarette
are a mouthpiece, a cartridge (tank), a
heating element/atomizer, a microprocessor, a battery, and possibly an LED light on the end. The only exception to this are mechanical e-cigarettes (mods) which contain no electronics; the circuit is closed
by a mechanical action switch. An atomizer comprises a small heating element,
or coil, that vaporizes e-liquid and wicking material that draws liquid onto
the coil. When the user pushes a button,[63] or (in
some variations) activates a pressure sensor by inhaling, the heating element
atomizes the liquid solution. The e-liquid reaches a temperature of roughly
100-250 °C within a chamber to create an aerosolized vapor, which the user then
inhales, rather than cigarette smoke. The aerosol provides a
flavor and feel similar to tobacco smoking.
>There are three main types of
e-cigarettes:
>>Cigalikes - looking like
cigarettes;
>>eGos - bigger than cigalikes with refillable liquid tanks;
>>Mods - assembled from basic
parts or by altering existing products.
I explain it to devide
in Generations like :
First generation e-cigarettes tend to look
like tobacco cigarettes and so are called "cigalikes". [Most of cigalikes are look like cigarettes but there is some
variation in size like traditional cigarette is smooth and light while a cigalike is rigid and slightly heavier.]
Second generation devices are larger overall
and look less like tobacco cigarettes.
Third generation devices include mechanical
mods and variable voltage devices.
In the fourth generation E-Cigarette includes “Sub ohm tanks”
and “temperature control devices”. The power source is the biggest component of
an e-cigarette, which is frequently a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
E-cigarettes
can cause unintended injuries :
- In many case “Defective e-cigarette batteries” have caused fires and explosions, some of which have resulted in serious injuries. Most explosions happened when the e-cigarette batteries were being charged.
- In addition, acute nicotine exposure can be toxic. Children and adults have been poisoned by swallowing, breathing, or absorbing e-cigarette liquid through their skin or eyes.
Most
e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which has known health effects
:
- Nicotine is highly addictive and verymuch toxic to developing fetuses.
- Nicotine is a health danger for pregnant women and their developing babies.
- Nicotine can harm adolescent brain development, which continues into the early to mid-20s.
If anyone question that, “Are e-cigarettes
less harmful than regular cigarettes?”
Yes—but that doesn’t mean e-cigarettes are safe.
E-cigarette aerosol generally contains fewer toxic chemicals than the
deadly
mix of approx 7,000 chemicals in smoke from regular cigarettes. However, e-cigarette aerosol is not harmless. It can contain
harmful and potentially harmful substances, including nicotine, heavy metals
like lead, volatile organic compounds, and cancer-causing agents.:: Here is Something ::
> According to NIDA, "Research so far suggests that e-cigarettes might be less harmful than cigarettes when people who regularly smoke switch to them as a complete replacement."
Another big point is, - “Risks of e-cigarettes for youth, young
adults, and pregnant women?”
Most e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which
is addictive and toxic to developing fetuses. Nicotine exposure can also harm
adolescent brain development, E-cigarette aerosol can
contain chemicals that are very harmful to our lungs. And youth e-cigarette use is associated with the
use of other tobacco products, including cigarettes.
E-cigarettes come in many shapes and sizes. Most have a battery, a heating element, and a place to hold a liquid.
E-cigarettes produce an aerosol by heating a liquid that usually contains nicotine—the addictive drug in regular cigarettes, cigars, and other tobacco products—flavorings, and other chemicals that help to make the aerosol. Users inhale this aerosol into their lungs. Bystanders can also breathe in this aerosol when the user exhales into the air.E-cigarettes are known by many different names. They are sometimes called “e-cigs,” “e-hookahs,” “mods,” “vape pens,” “vapes,” “tank systems,” and “electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).”
Some e-cigarettes are made to look like regular cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. Some resemble pens, USB sticks, and other everyday items. Larger devices such as tank systems, or “mods,” do not resemble other tobacco products. Using an e-cigarette is sometimes called “vaping.” E-cigarettes can be used to deliver marijuana and other drugs.
That is another matter, today various kinds of E-Cigarette are available in market and also their manufacturer are different and may be internal diagram are different. But in the main-time base of any of like this is same. I prefer to you guys try various types of E-Cigarette and invent their internal diagram and also their effects.
